Q1. Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?

A1. We are a manufacturer.

Q2. What is your MOQ?

A2. It is depending on product and we accept lower quantity for your trial order.Please feel free to tell us how many pieces you need.

Q3. Can I get samples?

A3. Sure. We usually provide existing sample for free. But a little sample charge for custom designs.We usually send samples by FEDEX,UPS,TNT or DHL. 

 

Q4. How long is lead time of sample?

A4. For existing samples, it takes 2-3 days. If you want your own designs it takes 5-7 days, Anyway, we will response fast to your request.

 

Q5. How long is the production lead time?

A5. It takes 7-15 days for MOQ. We have large production capacity, which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantity.

 

Q6. What format of the file do you need if I want my own design?

A6. We have our own designer in house. So you can provide JPG, Al, cdr or PDF, etc. We will make 3D drawing for mold or printing screen for your final confirmation based on technique.

A7. We match colors with Pantone Matching System. So you can just tell us the Pantone color code you need. We will match the colors. Or we will recommend some popular colors to you.
